摘要
研究目的:探讨土地利用战略研究的基本共识及其应用。研究方法:综合分析法、规范分析法和因果分析法。研究结果:国家意识、功利意识、理性意识和忧患意识是土地利用战略研究的基本共识。研究结论:在土地利用战略研究中,应当严格坚持国家意识,有效运用功利意识,合理把握理性意识,始终强调忧患意识。
The purpose of the paper is to explore the basic consensus and its application of land use strategy study.Methods employed include comprehensive analysis,normal analysis and causal analysis.The results indicate that the national consciousness,utilitarian consciousness,rational consciousness and hardship consciousness are the basic consensus of land use strategy study.It is concluded that relevant persons should strictly insist on national consciousness,effectively use utilitarian consciousness,reasonably gr...
