对四川绵阳震区房屋加固及质量监督工作的思考

及时开展震后房屋加固补强质量监督工作研究具有重要的现实意义,本文以"5.12"汶川特大地震房屋应急评估实践为基础,介绍绵阳震区房屋评估的组织工作、评价标准以及房屋受损状况,针对该地区特点提出做好房屋抗震加固工作的技术建议和加固过程中的质量监督建议。
