基于EFQM模型的项目成功标准与影响因素关系研究

The relationship between success criteria and critical success factors for projects based on the EFQM model

本文归纳总结已有的成功标准和影响因素体系,并进行一定的扩展。通过对项目成功标准及其影响因素的研究,在EFQM模型基础上,建立模型对二者之间的联系进行分析。该模型有助于对项目进行全面的连续的管理,为提高项目获得成功的几率提供指导。

In this paper,it is researched that the existed success criteria and critical success factors for projects and the link between them.Using researched finding from both studies on success criteria and critical success factors for projects,A new model,adapted from EFQM model,is developed.This model can supply guidance in project management to increase the opportunity to get success.
