结合企业的实际情况,总结了造纸企业员工容易产生的三种不良文化心态,分析其产生的原因,提出了解决的措施。
Three harmful cultural minds of staff in the paper enterprises were summed up, the causes were analyzed, and solutions were put forward by combining the actual practice.
