摘要
目的讨大鼠空间辨别性学习记忆活动对额叶基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)免疫阳性细胞的影响。方法用水迷宫训练SD大鼠建立空间辨别性学习记忆模型,用免疫组化方法和图像分析技术检测大鼠额叶SDF-1免疫阳性细胞的形态变化。结果对照组大鼠额叶可见少量圆形或椭圆形SDF-1免疫阳性细胞分布在外颗粒层、外锥体层、内颗粒层和内锥体细胞层,分子层和和多形层少见阳性细胞。阳性细胞的胞浆淡黄色,颗粒状免疫反应产物附于细胞膜内面。游水组大鼠额叶皮质SDF-1免疫阳性细胞不论分布还是形态均未见与对照组的有明显差异;模型组训练7d的大鼠额叶SDF-1免疫阳性细胞的形态和分布与对照组的比未见明显差异。训练14d和21d的再细胞形态上以锥体形或三角形为主,在分布上,额叶II区较I区的密集,在SDF-1表达上训练21d的比训练7d和14d的明显增多。结论大鼠额叶内SDF-1免疫阳性细胞可能参与空间辨别性学习记忆活动引致的形态学可塑。
Objective To explore effects of the activity of spatial learning and memory on cell morphology of SDF-1 immuno-positived and SDF-1 expression in frontal lobe cortex in rats. Methods spatial learning and memory activities of SD male rats were trained with water maze.
