摘要
应用有限元和模态分析理论对电厂600MW汽轮发电机基座进行了有限元分析优化,采用激振法对1/10模型进行了空间整体模态测试分析,对实际原型基座进行了各工况的动力测试,并对各阶段的动力特性进行了比较分析,表明理论分析模型的可行性。
Finite-element analysis and modal analysis theory have been used for analysis and optimization of 600 MW turbine generator foundation.Integral space model test and analysis have been carried out for 1∶10 model with vibro-excitation method.Dynamic tests have been done for finished real turbine foundation in all working conditions.Dynamic performances of the foundation at all stages have been analyzed and the results show that theoretical analysis for model is practicable.
