生物自发光断层成像研究

摘要 医学影像技术正从结构成像向功能成像发展,分子成像逐渐成为研究的热点领域。由于生物自发光具有显示探针深度信息、成本低廉、对肌体无电离辐射等众多优点,生物自发光断层成像现已成为分子成像领域的研究热点,用来研究疾病的治疗、疗效的评估以及新药物的开发。本文系统地综合介绍了自发光断层成像的最新研究,如模型的建立、成像系统及平台、前向和逆向问题、重建算法研究以及模拟实验等。 Functional imaging is one of the new trends of medical imaging.Molecular imaging is becoming a new research hotspot.Bioluminescence tomography can reveal the distribution and depth information of bioluminescence source.With advantages of comparatively low price and non-ionizing radiation to the body,bioluminescence tomography is becoming a hotspot area of molecular imaging.This technology can help diagnose diseases,evaluate therapies,and facilitate drug development with mouse models.This paper comprehensive...
