摘要
通过对ALARA(as low as reasonably achievable)理论的介绍,强调应该在图像质量与辐射剂量方面取得平衡,在保证临床诊断的同时,使辐射剂量降低到最低。系统地回顾与辐射剂量和图像质量相关的各方面因素,包括CT设备的设计和临床应用等方面以及剂量的有效测量和比较方式等,探讨这些因素在剂量方面的作用和可以改善之处,达到最终合理降低剂量的目的。
Through the introduction of basic theory of ALARA,which emphasis the balance between image quality and exposure dose,systematically review the measurement of CT exposure dose and the method of dose controlling,then understand well the in-deep relationship of hardware,software and application with dose.The final purpose is to get a acceptable image quality with a related low dose base on ALARA theory.
