海德堡视网膜断层扫描仪(HRT-Ⅱ)对我国正常人视盘结构的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的用HRT-Ⅱ测量我国正常成人视盘结构参数并探讨性别、眼别、年龄及视盘面积大小对视盘结构的影响。方法对2004—2007年在中山眼科中心就诊的正常人156例进行HRT-Ⅱ检查,随机选择1眼进行视盘地形图总体参数分析,用Pearson相关分析分析年龄、视盘面积大小对视盘结构的影响和视盘各参数间的相关关系。结果我国正常人156例156只眼视盘地形图正常平均值:视盘面积(DA)为(2.00±0.38)mm2、视杯面积(CA)为(0.45±0.25)mm2、盘沿面积(RA)为(1.54±0.31)mm2、杯/盘面积(C/DAR)比值为0.22±0.10、盘沿/视盘面积比值(R/DAR)为0.78±0.10、视杯容积(CV)为(0.09±0.07)mm3、盘沿容积(RV)为(0.47±0.14)mm3、视杯深度(MCD)为(0.22±0.07)mm、最大视杯深度(MxCD)为(0.62±0.17)mm、轮廓线高度变异(HVC)值为0.45±0.10、视盘形态测量(CSM)为-0.19±0.06、视网膜神经纤维层厚度(mRNFLT)为(0.30±0.07)mm、视网膜神经纤维层横截面面积(RNFLA)为(1.50±0.37)mm2、水平C/D为0.47±0.17、垂直C/D为0.35±0.79。平均视网膜神经纤维层厚度,轮廓线高度变异、视网膜神经纤维层横截面面积、盘沿容积及最大视杯深度与年龄呈负相关。除MxCD与HVC外,视盘面积对其他视盘地形图参数均有影响。结论HRT-Ⅱ能够较快速、精确地测量视盘结构参数;年龄、视盘面积大小对视盘地形图参数有一定影响。随着年龄的增加视网膜神经纤维层有变薄的趋势。应用HRT-Ⅱ分析视盘地形图参数时应考虑年龄及视盘面积大小造成的影响。 Objective To study the optic nerve head(ONH)parameters and topograph features of normal subjects,and analyze the effect of gender,laterality,age and disc size on the topograph of ONH.Methods Heidelberg Retina Tomograph(HRT-Ⅱ)was used to obtain the optic nerve head parameters and topograph images in 156 eyes of 156 normal volunteers aged 20-80 years old.Results The parameters of ONH in normal eyes were as following:disc area(DA)(2.00±0.38)mm2,cup area(CA)(0.45±0.25)mm2,rim area(RA)(1.54±0.31)mm2,cup/disk are...
