摘要
目的评价球囊扩张术治疗食管及吻合口狭窄的疗效及其价值。方法采用不同口径的球囊导管,对32例良性食管及吻合口狭窄患者,在电视透视下经口腔程序置入导丝及球囊导管至狭窄部行扩张术治疗。结果32例中球囊放置成功率100%,1次扩张成功28例,4例行2次扩张,其中页:13例2次扩张成功,另有1例2次扩张未达满意效果。吞咽困难缓解率96%。结论球囊扩张术是治疗食管及吻合口狭窄安全有效,易于操作的方法。
