摘要 "资源不是无限的,而是越用越少。只有大力发展循环经济,整个经济社会才能实现可持续增长。""要让人们珍惜自然环境,就需要对人类所消耗的环境资源进行定量和计量。""现代国家经济最有效的运行模式应是:政府-市场-社会三者有机结合和协调的机制,低碳经济亦如此。"
