摘要
为提高高校教师开展横向科研活动的积极性,在解读"波特—劳勒综合激励模式"内涵的基础上,对高校横向科研激励机制的影响因素进行了分析研究。完善高校横向科研激励机制,就是要根据高校横向科研活动的具体特点,优化横向科研的政策环境和工作条件,提高教师的工作能力和角色意识,将教师的个人目标与学校的整体目标有机统一,实现个人与学校的共同发展。
