摘要
20世纪90年代以来,各国都在进行战略上的转变和创新,出现了一些新的发展趋势。我国的IT业是一个新兴的产业,面临着内外部的压力。根据国内IT业的现状,结合国情,在原有的经营战略上进行创新,来提高竞争力。
Every states are carrying out a strategic change and innovation,so there have been some new development trends since the 1990s.Chi- na s IT industry is an emerging industry,facing with many pressures in internal and external.According to the status of the domestic IT industry and national conditions,IT business should be innovated to enhance competitiveness in the original business strategy.
