摘要
针对电镀系统中变负载大型硅整流设备电流调节的工艺要求,实现电流调节的精确和稳定,通过分析其输出原理以及在最大负载下的方波全程激励响应,得到该设备的近似分段线性输出特性,从而建立反映负载变化情况的变脉宽PWM控制策略,控制信号的脉冲宽度依据电流上升段的负载特性进行实时计算。同时介绍了这种控制策略的软件设计方案,并提供了利用组态软件WinCC实现该算法的实验结果图,通过手动与自动状态下采集的电流比较,验证了这种方法的可行性。
