胎面生产线辅线速度链模糊自适应PID控制

摘要 针对常规PID控制在胎面挤出联动生产线辅线速度链整定中,参数整定不尽人意的问题,设计出一种基于模糊控制理论的自适应PID控制器。通过建立模糊控制规则和进行模糊推理来确定PID的参数,实现对辅线速度的调节。利用Matlab的模糊逻辑控制工具箱对算法进行仿真,仿真结果表明,该控制器与常规PID控制器相比,具有调节时间短、超调量小、跟踪调节性能好、鲁棒性等优点。实践证明,这种模糊自适应PID控制器比常规的PID控制器具有更好的控制特性。 It is difficult to set the parameter in auxiliary line speed chain of tread extrusion production line by using the routine PID controller,so a self-tuning PID controller based on the fuzzy theory is designed.It can obtain the PID parameters by building fuzzy tuning rules and fuzzy meaning,and change the speed of auxiliary line.The simulation and operation results show that the fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller has good dynamic response curve,short response time,and srong robust stabilization.The adaptive ...
