摘要
强磁选系统具有多变量强耦合、强非线性、工况变化频繁、精矿品位和尾矿品位不能在线连续检测等综合复杂性。为开展强磁选系统优化控制研究提供仿真实验环境,解决其工程化验证问题,建立了强磁选过程智能优化控制半实物仿真实验平台。详细介绍了各系统的组成及功能,该实验平台由模拟现场强磁选的虚拟对象系统、仪表与执行机构虚拟装置、PLC、监控系统和优化控制系统组成。并进行了实验验证,实验结果表明了强磁选过程优化控制仿真实验平台的有效性和可行性。
