摘要 目的探讨固本祛风汤治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)豚鼠模型的疗效以及对其组织病理学的影响。方法将90只豚鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、辛芩颗粒组和中药治疗组,以卵清蛋白致敏激发造成变应性鼻炎豚鼠模型,分别给予中药和辛芩颗粒,治疗后进行组织病理学观察。结果中药治疗组鼻黏膜炎性细胞浸润及水肿、充血程度明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论固本祛风汤可显著减轻AR豚鼠模型鼻黏膜的炎症反应,从而发挥对AR的治疗作用。 Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine Guben Qufeng prescription in treating guinea pig model of allergic rhinitis (AR) and its reaction on histopathology. Method Ninety guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Xinqin particles and the Chinese medicine group.
