石龙清血泡腾颗粒质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Shilong Qingxue Effervescent Granules

目的建立石龙泡腾颗粒的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对莪术、槐花、山茱萸、钩藤进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对天麻中有效成分天麻素进行含量测定。结果定性鉴别试验特征明显、专属性强、阴性无干扰;天麻素在14～70μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为97.33%,RSD=0.63%。结论所建立的定性和定量检测方法简单、快速、准确,可用于本品的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Shilong Qingxue Effervescent Granules. Method Rhizoma curcuma, flos sophorae, cornus officinalis and gamdir vine in Shilong Qingxue Effervescent Granules were identified by TLC. The content of gastrodin in Shilong Qingxue Effervescent Granules was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC spots were highly clear without the interference of negative samples and were reproductive.
