摘要
目的:探讨建立可控的量化指标,提高兔局灶脑缺血再灌注模型成功率。方法:健康新西兰白兔45只,随机分为3组:A组5只,为假手术对照组;B组10只,进行颈部动脉的CTA、DSA检查,造模成功后行解剖学测量;C组30只为缺血再灌注组,MCA阻塞时间分为7、15和30min3个亚组(n=10),造模成功后行DWI和PWI观察。结果:DSA、CTA可以清楚地显示兔颈动脉系统的走行特点及其分支情况,解剖学测量ICA及各段的长度,建立了可控的量化指标,模型成功率82.5%。结论:通过量化指标的建立提高了模型成功率和可操作性。
