随着我国高校法治进程的进一步向前推进,高校法治化目标在现阶段已初步确立并得到一定程度的发展。高校法治文化是高校法治建设的核心和精神动力,它的培育对于加强高校法治建设具有非常重要的意义。针对目前我国高校法治文化建设中存在的如法制体系不健全,高校人的法治观念和主体意识不强,法律思想、意识、情感、信仰在高校人中还没有真正树立起来等诸多问题,宜从加强高校法制体系建设、加强高校法治文化理论的研究及普及、加强高校法治文化理念的塑造等方面予以完善,以期更好的推动高校法治进程。
