二战以后,发展成为世界关注的焦点问题。许多发展中国家将西方国家的发展理论作为其现代化的指导思想,结果却并不尽如人意。邓小平站在世界与时代的高度,提出了有中国特色的发展理论,这一科学理论处处充满了辩证法的理性光辉,为中国的发展指明了正确航向。

Development has been the focus of the world since the Second World War.Many developing countries have taken the development theories as their own guide to modernization,but the results have not been satisfactory.Deng Xiaoping,from the perspective of the world and the times,proposed the development theory with Chinese characteristics,which is full of dialectics hither and thither and points out the direction for China’s development.
