微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定饲料中硒

摘要 采用微波消解法消化样品,铁氰化钾做掩蔽剂,对各种不同饲料中硒进行了含量测定。硒浓度在0~10 ng/mL范围内与峰面积呈线性相关,相关系数为0.999 7,各种不同饲料加标回收率为95.2%~106.0%,变异系数为3.5%~4.2%。本方法简便灵敏,准确可靠,适用于饲料中硒的测定。 The samples were digested by the microwave,the potassium ferricyanide was used as the screening agent and atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) was applied to determine the selenium in feed.The result showed that the concentration of selenium and peak area was linear correlation in the range of 0.0~10 ng/mL(r=0.999 7),the reclaim ratio of spiked samples was 95.2%~106.0%,the coefficient of variation was in the range of 3.5%~4.2%.The method was simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,it could be applied fo...
