道德建设是构建农村和谐社会的底线,也是构建和谐农村文化的基础。市场经济条件下农村传统的道德基础不断受到冲击,农村道德教育的机制缺失,彰显农村道德建设的迫切性。因此,必须以弘扬孝、悌、廉、耻等传统文化为切入点,努力营造农村良好的道德环境,开展形式多样的文化活动,加大宣传力度,丰富农村道德文化建设。

Moral construction is a base line and,at the same time,the basis in building harmonious culture in rural areas.However impacted by market economy,moral education mechanism in rural areas is losing,it is imperative to put it in an important position.Such traditional cultures as filial piety,fraternal duty,honesty,shame,etc.should be promoted to create a good moral environment,to carry out a variety of cultural activities,to increase publicity,and to enrich the content of moral construction in rural areas.
