摘要
《公务员法》作为一部总结创新性中国式的人事管理法律,正日益发挥它的作用;但它还有一些不完善的地方。本文从辞退限定、免职、控告、请假制度四个方面给出自己的一些理解。
on the one hand,《public official s law》is developping its function day by day as a summing innovative chinese personal management law;on the other hand it still has some incomplete places.This article is to give some personal comprehensions about resign limit、deposition、accuse、ask for leave systems.
