摘要
政府体育管理职能的转变是社会主义市场经济发展的必然要求,也是新时期体育体制改革中的一项迫切任务。本文在分析了新时期我国政府体育管理职能转变的基本要求与方向的同时,提出了保证职能顺利转变的基本途径。
The Change of the Government sports management function is the necessary need of the Socialism Market Economy devel-opment,and also the urgent task of the sports management.This article points out the basic method of the change by analyzing the basic need and direction of China s governmental management of sports.
