经济欠发达地区新农村建设的路径思考

经济欠发达地区农村基于其不同于发达地区的现实条件,不可能很快实现工业化、城镇化,在相当长的一段时期内,还有相当数量的农民在农村生活,经济收入的提高也不会很快。从此现实出发,建设农村、稳定农村、阻止农村衰败是经济欠发达地区新农村建设的方向。为此,经济欠发达地区新农村建设的路径应该是,加大对农村公共物品投入,减少农民支出,提高农民的社会、环境、精神文化等综合福利水平,提高主观幸福指数,让农民能够在乡村过上一种稳定、安适、有意义的生活。
