Molecular imprinted polymer(MIP)and its application

摘要 分子印迹作为制备对某一特定的分子(印迹分子或模板分子)具有特异性识别的聚合物的过程,在分离分析、仿生传感器和模拟酶催化等方面具有重要的应用前景.介绍了分子印迹聚合物的基本原理、制备和特性,以及分子印迹技术的应用及发展趋势. As a preparation process for the polymer with function of identifying a specific molecule(imprinting molecule or template molecule),molecular imprinting has important applications in separation analysis,simulation and biomimetic sensors,and other aspects such as enzymatic catalysis.This paper introduced basic principles,preparetion method and characteristies of molecular imprinted polymer(MIP),and also the application and development trends of molecular imprinting technology.
