从《共产党宣言》中可以看出,共产主义者同盟对于能够联合的政党采取的策略可以分为三种,即:既联合又进行批判、既支持又保持相对独立、既团结合作又要注意斗争。共产党支持其他政党的活动或者与其他政党联合,其目的在于为实现自己的最终目标服务;共产党处理党际关系的原则是:争取全世界民主政党的团结和协调、坚持当前目标与长远目标相结合、坚持对运动的领导、坚持无产阶级国际主义原则。

Communist League was confronted with the problem how to handle the relation with the other parties having certain influence in the struggle of working class since its setting up.In order to resolve this problem,Marx and Engels set forth many thoughts of Party relation in Manifesto of the Communist Party.Nowadays,the thought still has important guiding significance for the communist party handling party relation.
