摘要
发展是人类社会的永恒主题,而怎样发展特别是怎样实现城乡共同发展,却是许多国家、地区曾经或者正在力图解决的难题。由于这样或那样的原因,世界向我们展示了一幅丰富多彩的历史画卷,一些国家和地区工业反哺农业的各种理念、措施,为我国新农村的建设及实现又好又快的科学发展提供了宝贵的经验教训。
Development is the eternal subject in human society.And how to develop,especially how to achieve the composite development of urban and rural,is the problem which had been or are being tried to solve by many coun-tries.For various reasons,the world shows us a colorful historical picture.In any case,various measures of the indus-try feeding agriculture in some countries and regions will provide the experience or lessons for our rural reconstruction and achieving the faster and better scientific development.
