摘要
现代国防工业对其所在区域的经济发展具有较强的辐射力,其辐射过程主要可以通过资本转移、技术外溢、产业关联和劳动力流动四种途径来完成。在辐射机制分析基础上,从带动能力与扩散效应两大方面构建了国防工业对区域经济辐射力评价的指标体系,应用模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy-AHP)建立了辐射力评价模型,由此提出了国防工业对区域经济辐射力的一种定量评价方法。
