企业有限的资源应优先用于投资回报高的项目,预期的投资回报包括吸引力和可行性两方面,吸引力、可行性又细分为潜在效益、获益能力、R&D潜力、R&D能力四项指标。企业研发项目的优先级是由上述四项指标综合评估决定的,利用灰色关联分析进行排序,优先选择吸引力和可行性高的项目进行开发。

Projects with high return on investment should have priority in using limited resources in an enterprise.The anticipated return on investment includes attraction and feasibility,which can be divided into potential efficiency,ability of obtaining benefit,R&D potential and ability.Priority of developing project is decided by all these four factors.Only those projects with strong attraction and high feasibility have priority to be conducted.
