摘要
不同身份者在职务共同犯罪中的行为主要表现为教唆、帮助和共同实行行为。对他们定罪应根据共犯的属性,根据不同情形进行分析得出科学的结论。
The actions of criminals with different status in joint crimes of duty have three forms: instigation,aid and joint offence.On the conviction of the criminals,we should draw a scientific conclusion according to special analysis under different circumstances.
