根据对大学生群体中学生干部的榜样效能及角色分析,提出新形势下大学生群体中学生干部的能力要求,强调对学生干部管理能力培训的重要性并分析其客观现状,针对现行培训的不足,阐述了对学生干部管理能力培训的内容,提出有效培训的途径与方法。

Based on the analysis of the demonstration role of college student cadres,this article put forward the capability requirements for college student cadres under new circumstances,emphasized the importance of the management capability training,and analyzed the objective situation.In addition,this article illustrated the contents of the training and proposed the efficient approaches.
