On the Quality and the Influencing Factors of the Sci-tech Originality Retrieval

从实际工作角度出发,阐述了目前国内科技查新工作存在的一些问题,主要讨论了查新机构资源配备、时间保证、人员素质的现状,并就如何提高查新质量提出几点看法。

This article expounded the problems existing in the current practice of sci-tech originality retrieval.In addition,it presented some opinions on the resources,the guarantee of time,the personnel quality,and the ways to improve the quality of the retrieval.
