传统的高校贫困生认定工作存在诸多不足,因此,高校贫困生认定工作必须立足高校自身,建立多环节、多因素的认定体系,才能使高校贫困生工作真正落到实处。

There remains much to be desired in the conventional ways to identify university students in poverty.Therefore,only by establishing a multi-links and multi-factors identifying system based on universities themselves,can identifying university students in poverty be carried out effectively.
