摘要
针对高校毕业生职业目标选择的指导主要应围绕科学选择就业目标、调整择业心态和注重"合适原则"三个方面入手,指导毕业生科学运用职业目标的选择策略,对大学生顺利就业有着积极的作用。
Some careering-choosing strategies play positive roles in graduate employment when the following three principles as scientific career objective,attitude adjustment and appropriate expectation,are adopted in career-choosing guidance.
