华北人民政府为中共建立正式正规政权及施政积累了极为宝贵的经验。华北人民政府在创建新的政治格局、稳定社会秩序、新的法制建设、恢复经济以及支援战争等方面的工作卓有成效,甚至还顾及了文教卫生诸方面。

The CPC accumulated much practical experience during the North China People s Government.The North China People s Government was efficient and fruitful not only in creating a new political structure,social stability,new legislation construction,economic recovery and war assistance,but also in some other areas not so urgent such as education and health care.
