摘要
话语标记语主要是起衔接作用的词或短语。在众多的标记语中,"you know"是最典型的一个。它可以引出新话题,概指某类事物,也可以作为填补空白保持话语权的一种手段。此外,由于其在强化共同认知方面的作用,它还可以在法庭询问中作为一种话语策略,通过拉近与法官的距离,赢得法官的同情与支持,使自己处于有利的地位。
