摘要 体育锻炼有助于身心双健,通过利用各种现代通讯手段对160名知识女性进行为期两年的不间断追踪调查,尽可能避免与控制其它相关变量的影响,从不同锻炼项目、锻炼坚持性、锻炼强度、运动量以及不同年龄等维度,考察体育锻炼对于知识女性自尊的影响。 The physical exercise is good at the body and mind,the study aims at investigating the influence on the self-esteem of the sciential female from the sports event they take,exercise persistence,intensity and amount of exercise and the age of them.
