摘要
以粉煤灰为主要原料,掺杂一定量黏土及少量成孔剂和水经充分混合、作成微球、高温焙烧制成了两种粉煤灰陶粒。用该两种粉煤灰陶粒,对模拟含氟水进行除氟处理,研究了pH值、温度、振荡平衡时间、液固比等对除氟率的影响,并将粉煤灰陶粒与原粉煤灰除氟效果进行了对照研究,结果粉煤灰陶粒对水中F-的去除能力很强,去除率可达90%以上。粉煤灰陶粒在含氟废水处理中具有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper,the ability of fly ash ceramisite on removal of fluorine from wastewater and the influenced factors were discussed using a method of one-factor experiment and selecting special sintering craft,and the adsorption mechanism of fly ash ceramisite was studied,too.The result showed that the adsorption was depended on PH value、temperature、 Time、 rate of water and ash,etc.The adsorption effect of fly ash ceramisite is better than that of fly ash,which greatly improves the removal ability for fluorine...
