摘要
针对气体钻井过程中地层出水、扭矩、摩阻过大或起下钻困难、影响钻井安全等复杂情况的发生而不得不转换成常规钻井液钻井的问题,分析气液转换过程中工作液对储层的伤害机理,得出使用润湿反转前置液技术,将亲水表面转换成亲油表面,能有效解决这一问题的发生,同时要求该润湿反转前置液与后尾追钻井完井液有良好的配伍性。与之相应的钻井完井液对地层有较强的暂堵、胶结作用,可以有效的保护储层。同时保护储层的气液转换技术的施工有特别要求,为确保施工顺利进行,应重视气体钻井完成后的转换作业。
