探讨非营养性吸吮对早产儿黄疸的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨非营养性吸吮对早产儿黄疸的影响。方法60例需经间断鼻胃管喂养(INGF)的健康早产适于胎龄儿,出生体重<2500g,胎龄小于35周,随机分为非营养性吸吮(NNS)组30例和无非营养性吸吮(N-NNS)组30例。NNS组在鼻胃管喂养前后吸吮无孔橡皮奶头5~10分钟,每天7~8次,N-NNS组单纯INGF,不足热量辅以部分肠道外营养。于生后1~7天每天经皮测胆。结果N-NNS组经皮测胆≥15mg/dL14例,NNS组≥15mg/dL6例,比较差异有统计学意义(X2=4.8,P<0.05);两组经皮测胆值在第2、3、6、7天N-NNS组比NNS组高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第4、5天差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论NNS可以减轻早产儿生理性黄疸,减少高胆红素血症的发生,使黄疸尽快消退。
