第五代银夹在女性绝育术中的应用

目的探讨第五代银夹应用于女性绝育术中的安全性及避孕效果。方法对使用第五代银夹行女性绝育术的50例育龄妇女,进行术前一个月月经周期及术后三个月月经周期血液中性激素测定;术后避孕效果随访;通过B超扫描监测成熟卵泡。结果根据临床超声扫描及FSH、LH、E2、P参数诊断排卵。术后月经类型无改变,对黄体功能无明显影响。跟踪随访1年无妊娠发生。结论第五代银夹应用于女性绝育术中安全、避孕效果可靠,适于在临床推广应用。
