多囊卵巢综合征256例治疗体会

摘要 目的探讨二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)临床效果观察。方法对256例PCOS患者进行二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗,治疗前后分别测定身高、体重、腰臀围比值(WHR)、卵巢体积、睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、性激素结合蛋白(SHBC)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)。结果经过3个月治疗后,与治疗前相比,256例PCOS患者痤疮明显减少、卵巢体积减小、LH、LH/FSH、T及E2水平明显下降,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05),腰臀围比值(WHR)、体重指数(BMI)治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05),性激素结合蛋白(SHBC)水平显著上升(P<0.05)。成熟卵泡发育242例,占94.88%,排卵212例,占82.81%;妊娠78例,占30.47%。结论二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗PCOS患者,可有效改善PCOS患者的内分泌功能,促进排卵及提高妊娠率,是治疗PCOS的重要方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of polycystic ovary syndrome on metformin and Diane-35. Methods 256 patients were treated with metformin and Diane-35, Body Height、body weight、WHR、ovarian volume、T、LH、E2、SHBC and FSH were measured on pre and post treatment.
