中华肝灵胶囊中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量测定的研究

目的测定中华肝灵胶囊中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量。方法采用反相HPLC法;色谱柱:ODSC18柱;流动相:流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸(75:25),检测波长为294nm。结果和厚朴酚在浓度2.43～7.30g/ml、厚朴酚在浓度4.01～12.03g/ml范围内,其峰面积与进样浓度有良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为96.68%(RSD=0.41%)95.05%(RSD=0.42%)。结论该方法准确可靠。

Objective To determine the content of magnolol and honokiol in Zhonghua Ganling Capsμles by RP-HPLC. Methods Separation was achieved on ODS C18 colum .The mobile phase was methanol-0.5%phosphoric acid(75:25),the wavelength of the UV detector was 294nm. Resμlts Linear range of magnolol and honokiol were 4.01-12.03μg/ml and 2.43-7.30μg/ml respectively.The average recovery was 95.05%(RSD=0.42%) and 96.68%(RSD=0.41%) respectively .Conclusion The method was accurate and reliable.
