阴茎皮肤切除治疗包皮过长的临床应用(附78例报告)

目的应用一种新术式治疗包皮过长及临床观察。方法采用保留包皮内板及部分外板,袖套状完整切除阴茎皮肤,达到治疗包皮过长并保持形态美观。结果78例手术中,无一例发生包皮手术常见的并发症,术后外观与正常无异,随访3～6月,性生活满意,无特殊后遗症。结论该术式与常规环切术式比较,疗效确切,术式简单,并发症极少。
