早期胞质分裂收缩环缢缩机制研究进展

有关早期分裂沟皮质缢缩机制很多,收缩环假说虽占主要地位,但绝不是定论,其他假说同样与一些实验观察到的现象相符,更适合解释一些特殊事件。另外,有些假说与目前观察到的实验现象并不一致。因此,胞质分裂可能是相对保守性与多样性的统一。本文主要对这些假说的研究进展作一综述。
