摘要
目的分析小儿肠套叠的高频超声检查声像图特征。方法分析30例经空气整复和手术证实的小儿肠套叠的高频超声声像图。结果本组患儿高频超声诊断确诊率100%。高频超声检查腹腔内可见包块,横断面呈"同心环"征,纵断面呈"套桶"征,形态稳定。结论小儿肠套叠高频超声声像图有一定的特征,能准确诊断小儿肠套叠,为临床提供客观依据。
Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of children′s intussusception.Methods Thirty children with intussusception confirmed by X-ray air enema reduction or operative underwent ultrasonographic examination(USG),and the findings were retrospectively analyzed.Results High-frequency USG showed a 100% diagnostic accuracy,presenting masses in the peritoneal cavity,signs of cross-sectional "concentric rings" and vertical sectional " overlapped barrels",in a stable form.Conclus...
