瑞巴派特辅助治疗门脉高压性胃病疗效分析

Therapeutic Evaluation of Rebamipide with Routine Therapy on Portal Hypertensive Gastropathy

目的观察瑞巴派特辅助治疗门脉高压性胃病的临床疗效。方法将93例门脉高压性胃病患者随机分为治疗组(47例)和对照组(46例)。治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上加用瑞巴派特治疗;对照组用常规药物治疗。疗程为4周。比较两组患者治疗后的疗效和胃黏膜改善情况。结果治疗后两组患者临床疗效及胃黏膜改善情况间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。仅治疗组1例发生上腹部饱胀感。结论常规药物联合瑞巴派特治疗门脉高压性胃病有较好的疗效,它可明显改善临床症状,促进胃黏膜修复,且并发症少。
