略论清前期暹罗与福建的大米贸易

On the Rice Trade Between Siam and Fujian Province in Early Qing Dynasty

福建与暹罗大米贸易源远流长。清前期,为了缓和东南沿海的粮食危机,福建与暹罗大米贸易关系产生,并且随之兴旺发展。作者通过探讨清前期暹罗大米远销福建的缘起。大米贸易的兴衰阶段和衰落的原因,以及清政府在大米贸易中采取的优惠政策等几个方面,阐述了当时福建与暹罗粮食贸易的社会经济状况。今天的泰国仍然是我田进口大米主要来源地,泰国大米仍在福建市场流通,研究清代福建与暹罗大米贸易对于福建今天对外粮食贸易仍具有一定的现实意义。
